Don't stress if you can't get into our store and get measured. All you have to do is print out the form below and take it to any men's store and have them measure you (usually it's a complimentary service). Once you have all your measurements, return to this page and submit them online to Formal Dimensions. On pick-up day, come to our store for a final fitting, in which we will verify all of your dimensions. If there are any problems, not to worry, we can fix most problems within minutes at our store. We do our own tailoring and dry cleaning and most of our stock is located at our store; so we are always prepared! If you already have your measurements handy, fill them into the corresponding fields below. Once submitted, a Formal Dimensions agent will review your sizes and contact you to confirm they received them and clear up any potential problems. Please note that a $40 down payment is required upon submission and can be done online using a credit card.
